AAR/ARS Corrupted table aar show question mark in call type
We had a problem, where outgoing calls not completed.
When performing trace the call, found an error denial event 1751.
When checking the tables AAR / ARS most of the numbering plan had were gone, some who were still there appeared a question mark "?" the call type field.
It was not possible to delete or change any field in that table giving the message Error encountered, can not complete request.
As a way to restore the system performed a restore , where afte this procedure, the system returned to normal.
We would like to know the possible cause of this problem and what action to take
