no update email no case closing message

    no update email no case closing message

    I never received an update email or even closing message for case 1-3658982032.
    But I did receive a case opending message for the new case I've opened. Thus it is not a SPAM/block issue with our email system.

    I apologize for this miss by the email notification system. I have created a service request with our IT department - IT729780 is the case number.

    Once I have a response, I will post it here to let you know what is happening.

      Hi meiere,

      From our Avaya IT group, there was a problem with the notifications going out over this past weekend which prevented these service request closure emails from going out to end users.

      However, this issue has been tracked down and they are in the process of re-enabling this feature as you read this.

      Please let us know here if this has resolved for any future service request notifications. We thank you for the feedback and your patience while we resolve this matter.
