    Hi,

    how to check the length of the call

    exemple:
    The call comes in a call flow if the calling is 4 digits go to "Internal Topic"
    if the calling is more 4 digits go to "External Topic"

        Check the "CCK_Customer_Number" task_tag. It contains the ANI if it is recognized.
