What Can I get list of the station with localized name?

Hello!
I have CM and SMGR. My phones mainly is 1608 and 96xx (H.323).
I must get list extension and localized name like use multilang tools.
Have SMGR or SM any REST API for it?
Also I try to use export feature in ASA but I do not understand, what I can export localized name. Native Name have only 4 bytes and do not seems like name in Unicode.
