Vmail Pro transfer for Conference MM

I'm trying to setup conferencing for my site. IP Office V500 9.1

Want outside callers to be able to enter the conference # and routed to it.

    Followed this doc:
With Preferred Edition, you have the ability to use conference meet me short codes. Using Voicemail Pro modules, we can create a module that allows callers to enter their bridge number. If you used this help guide to help set up the meet me bridges, we will expand on that....although you do not need to

seems pretty straight forward, but using the short code that takes me to this voicemail module, the call doesn't connect (whether internally for testing or externally)

For this to work, you would need to create a short codefor internal users to dial directly into their conference.

The module you referenced, uses 4XXX. so 4 and your 3 digit extension number takes you into the bridge....

if you have a different short code, say 7XXX, then you will need to change that transfer destination from the default 4$KEY to 7$KEY

    that is my guess anyway

Yep, internally no issues, but the transfer (6$KEY) just isn't working. Vmail pro doesn't seem to like my IP Office short code (6NNNN). It is as if it's only looking at extensions (I have none with 6 as the first digit) and not the short codes at all.

I tested the transfer leaving off the '6' and just transfer to $KEY(extensions are 4 digits) and had no issue going to the extension I put in.

The hope was to have one DID, outside callers put in Conference # and PIN, but after all of this and the transfer not working even in a very basic setup, I'll probably setup a handful of DIDs with the host able to change the PIN to keep out non-invitees.

        Ah, there is the problem.

the short code should not be 6NNNN, but rather 6XXXX

6N - would be used for 6 and any amount of digits.
6XXX - would be used for explicit digits, 1 digit per "X"

          Also, is your short code:

          6XXXX
          N
          Conf Meet Met
          0

          ??

              Figured it out. Newbie mistake.

Solution/short codes does not have Conf MM as an option, so I was doing everything in V500 Digital.

Until I created the same codes across the board, the transfer didn't work.
Once I created them, I was able to transfer from VMail Pro to the Short Code..
