    Problem routing to an external # via vector step

    Hi,

    Hope some can shed a light to the problem Im having, this is the scenario:

    Call comes in to phone A,on no answer is sent to Coverage Path 164 with Point 1: v1464, VDN 1464 is pointing to Vector 164 where caller hears announcement and than calls should be routed to a cel phone number.

    All goes well until the last part where on the trace I see " route-to number 904481163xxxxx cov y if unconditionally" and "LEAVING VECTOR PROCESSING cid 4347" but I dont get a Dial event after that only an "idle trunk-group 1 member 3". I have a similar environment and configured the same call treatment and after the "LEAVING VECTOR PROCESSING" I get a dial event, term trunk and another dial event (traces below).

    Please check in vector step :-route to number ARS code +Mobile number
    And also include first step.1 wait time 0 seconds for silence

      In Vec 164 step 02,

      02 route-to number 9xxxxxxx with cov y if unconditionally

      Answer is below,

      You have to make tac (Trunk access code) of trunk group instead of 9 it will work .....

        did you make sure the number you are out calling is routable in SMGR/ASM?
