    Avaya DD and VSP WebLM Problem

    Have a nice day support.

    I have a problem with our two Voice Portals and VSP WebLM, Dialog Designer is not updating License, when i set the WebLM URL in Apache Tomcat, update and then Verify, there is a message "Url is invalid, or server is not up"
    DD is runing on Apache Tomcat and i have reinstalled application and the problem continues the same.

    Can you ping between WebLM and DD? Most products use a WebLM URL in the following format:

      WebLM License Server is in our Virtual System Platform.
      DD is embedded in our Voice Portal, in apache Tomcat is /runtimeconfig the DD App, there is no ping problem between servers, i have checked all about proxy settings because i am not sure what is blocking the validation, when i click Verify button:
      "License Url is invalid, or server is not up"
      Voice Portals licenses are not updating.

      DD and Voice Portal Licences are centralized in this server
      https://192.X.X.X:52233/WebLM/LicenseServer.
      We can acces from any server this URL and check the licenses installed.
