Hello,
We are experiencing an odd behavior that I am trying to troubleshoot. On one floor of our office building the suites get a "growling" or muffled ring tone, and a delayed Caller ID. Sometimes the calls will not complete.
When we trace on the network and with the carrier, we cannot any obvious errors. Since we are using TLS, I cannot see the details on the SIP transactions.
Has anyone seen this occur and how were you able to fix it?
