Fellows I have a IP Office on version 11.0.4, and we have softphone Equinox and avaya 9608 deskphone on environment of our customer.
So, when I reject a call on Equinox the avaya 9608 device continues ringing, but when I abandon a call from 9608 device, all others device recognize this command and stop ringing.
The question is, it is a normal situation ? There is a way to configure the system to recognize call abandoned from Equinox PC and others devices(Equinox on iOS and Android), for avaya 9608 device stop ringing ?
