No Web Manager

Hello,

I have some issues with one of my customers.
When I try to access to the Web Manager through a web browser (I've tried many) I can't access to the Web Manager login page.

Anyone had experienced same issues ?

Go to its address using :7071 as the port and after logging in (this app is called web control), check that the Web Management services is list as started and also set to Auto Run.
