If you would like to find the latest documents or downloads for a product quickly and easily:
If you want to search for documents based on a specific topic or issue, you can type in keywords in the Troubleshoot by Problem field. This will deliver immediate search results based on the product and release you have selected, as well as the specific key words that describe the information you need, such as "shut down server" or "set voicemail prompts."
- Logon to the Avaya Support Website.
- Select PRODUCTS from the top navigation menu.
- Enter your product in field titled "Enter Product Name" and choose the desired release. If you don't know the release, select "Don't Know."
- The new Product Hub page will display for the selected product and release. This page automatically surfaces the most recent Solutions, Notices, Latest Downloads, and Top Documents related to the product.
- Click on the title of the desired document or download to view (hover over any truncated title to view full text). If you do not see the document/download you need on the list, select "View All."
