Currently we have an AACC 7.0.2.0 with Enterprise chat application.
Recently there is a big shift on social chat traffic, specially from Line and Viber.
I’m very keen to know what can be done in a commercially accepted way to bring those chats channels back to Avaya solution. If we can blend in these social chats with AACC Multiplicity will have a big operational advantage.
