Communicator "Incorrect Extension or Password"

User is unable to login - continued to receive the error "Incorrect Extension or Password"
User is using the Extension number & password.

IP Office v. 11.0.4.5.0 build 3
R8+ Preferred Edition
Communicator 2.1.4.0

SIP Trunks enabled
SIP Registrar is enabled
SIP Remote Extension is enabled

User is a power user

Communicator is communicating with Server.

I have already reviewed SOLN284874 and it did not help.

Any help would be appreciated.
