    Task Flows route to Agent

    Hi all,

    in my script:
    - Call flow then IVR script, I have a variable, this variable (TAG) contains the agent phone number ( from a database query), I return to my call flows, and I want routed to this number , and if my agent is unavailable or busy route to a group

    - If my IVR, I did a "route to" to this variable, I lose context of the Call

    - But in the call flows, I find "route to"

    - how to make a "route to" ?
