IP Office Softphone for MAC Users (IP Office 9.1)

I'd like to know if is necessary to have any other license beyond the Power User License, on IP Office 9.1, to provide a softphone for Mac Users?

I'm asking it, because the BP is trying to install the Avaya Communicator Client on MAC, but the message error appears: "NO LICENSE".

Is the IP Office Video Softphone the only option for the MAC Users, on IP Office 9.1?

    Thanks!

MAC Softphones require their own license as they are an OEM from Countherpath. The required order code should be 339093 / IPO R9.1 VIDEOSFTPHN MAC ADI LIC. I would in your case consider the Avaya Communicator for Web as we have encountered very bad experiences with MAC Softphone. The feature set is not in line with the Avaya Communicator.

Like mentioned, maybe the Avaya Communicator for Web, which runs perfectly on MAC could be alternative.

The communicator for web requires in 9.1 as well an additional license, I think from release 10 it should be included in the power user license, so if you upgrade you save buying these licenses as they are part of the power user within 10.
      More Information via,

I think these license refers to WebRTC within the knowledge base article about licenses.

Release 10 still needs licnenses for MAC Softphone.
