Is there a limit to the amount of topics in IPOCC?
I have a customer that is leaning towards using IPOCC as a tool to run reports such as how many calls come in through a specific ICR for the month - by routing each ICR to its own topic first. But they have like 300 ICR's.
Just curious if there would be a topic limitation we'd reach that could prevent this from working.
