We are running CMM 7 and using an old third party plug-in, Mail Redirect 2.1, to forward voicemail messages to IBM Notes Mail for 5 employees. This thread https://support.avaya.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6024 provides instructions to use the CMM forwarding but it is applicable for all employees, which we do not want to set up. Does anyone know of any plug-in or method that we can use to setup forwarding for a limited number of extensions?
