    Hunt Group voicemail box shows busy in Virtual VM

    Has anyone experienced this. I am running an IPO version 11.0.4.4 and I have a Hunt Group set-up with voice mail. We use Visual voicemail with the embedded voicemail of the IP Office. There has been several occurrences that the user goes to collect the voicemail using Visual voicemail and she receives a "Busy" in the window.

    Does any one have a solution for this?

    IP Office: Since upgrading to release 11, accessing Hunt Group using Visual Voice shows BUSY. Software Bug. IPOFFICE-151776 provided a patch for 11.0 FP4 and another for 11.0 FP4 SP1. To obtain the patch, upgrade to 11.0 Fp4 or 11.0 FP4 SP1 and open a service request with Avaya. The fix is included in 11.0 FP4 Sp2.
