BCM so bus hotline

anyone ever set up a hotline on an so bus on a BCM, we have a customer that wants to use outward dialling from his PC without inserting 9 as an access code. As our bcm is set up with 9 for trunk access we need to insert the 9 for him which as far as I can see it can only be done by using a hotline to 9 however this can be configured for an so bus but how do you get it working not sure if im posting this in the right place or not, if its posted in the wrong place feel free to ignore me

Dial without a 9 prefex

You could migrate them to an IP Office and with an IP Office you can automatically send everything they dial to a trunk without a dial access code with a short code.

The short code would be ?D and the telephone number would be . and the feature would be dial and the outgoing group id would be the trunk you want to send it out on.

You should be able to go into the dialing rules of the PC and insert the 9.
