    CCE 4.0 Chat issue

    Hi. I have an issue in CCE 4.0 when launching a chat session from a PC. That chat ends before establish the chat session to a CCE desktop logged in agent. After it, also the remote service named “Sales” goes down for a while, reestablishing by itself after a minute. I found the next error in the log file:
    [Thu Oct 22 12:18:14.576],Major,2600,WCWebService.parseSoapException: Sales.WS.ReceiveMessages failed. SOAP Exception: ErrCode = 2, ErrMsg = RecieveMessagesForService: Failed (incorrect serviceToken), ServiceToken=65d9c2ca06174cc0b872195cc85e504e, ErrSrc = RecieveMessagesForService
    The environment is:
    CCE 4.0 installed on windows server 2003 standard edition SP1
    IIS 6.0 installed in another server windows 2003 standard edition SP1
    Chat is being launched From a PC with windows XP sp3, Internet explorer 8.
    Any ideas on how to solve it or any reference about the error, will be appreciated!

    A quick suggestion would be to check the IIS timeout, and the default application thread reuse time.
