Hello. We are currently using the Avaya CCE product for our contact center. We are also running the SAP CRM WebClient Interaction Center, 7.0.
We run these two applications independently of each but we are interested in integration opportunities that may be available with Avaya CCE (Contact Center Express) and SAP CRM.
Can someone provide insight as to how this can occur with this specific product. Avaya CCE appears to have integration options for MS CRM but what about SAP CRM?
