    Approving new users so they can open tickets

    I am the Company Administrator. I have had two associates complete the registration process to get approved to be able to open tickets but I never get an approval pending notice and the users are not under USER MANAGEMENT > Approval Request. Is there something broken?

        Avaya had to approve the new users.
