We have numerous caller apps that are created by multiple teams in our organization. Is there a location that the .wav files are stored so we can back them up to an external server periodically? If not, is there a way to back them up?

We Use FTP Pro

In fact I manage my Announcement boards with the Ipswitch client alone. I have been doing this from the beginning as the Avaya tool was far too cumbersome.
