I am looking for service pack 6.2.5 (AAM00002500). It is not available to download on PLDS since June2018. I had an SR opened with Avaya. Firstly it looked like providing the patch is billable activity. So we decided to buy the patch.However, later it came out Avaya does not have the patch anymore. It's hard to believe they just deleted all unsupported SW from PLDS
. But OK, lets say the SW is forever gone .
I need that patch to seamlessly upgrade the AAM 6.2.3 to 6.3.3 and later to AAM7. The backup file from 6.2.3 is not possible to restore on version 7. And I am not sure if the restore will work on 6.3.3.
