I am attempting to license our server in PLDS
When I run weblm on the ipocc server it says the license file is not valid
Then I generated the file it not only asked for the License Host ID (mac address from weblm) it also asked for a Host ID which I tried to use the mac again and it said I needed to click back and use a host id starting with the letter V (I guess since this is a virtual server) When I checked back PLDS had a V style mac address already on the screen so I used it. SO when I put the license in weblm you guessed it no go. I opened a ticket with "IT" who contacted PLDS support and they say there is nothing wrong with the procedure. My question is where do I get the "V" style mac address if plds does not provide it.
