How to program Scheduled Announcements on V.M Pro

Hi there.

I have a customer (school) who has a Nortel BCM 50 and they are using a feature - Advance Paging Productivity Pack.

Customer wants to buy an IP Office500 V2 with V.M Pro and they want to use Scheduled Announcements to play using a Paging system.

Also they want to schedule a time to play a bell between classes using the paging system.

Any ideas how to build it?

I tried Post Dial Action using V.M Pro and PAge and it worked,but I need to add schedule time to do this.
