9620L telephone sets

Is it possible to connect a 9620 L phone to an ACM release 3.1.2
Upgrade of the ACM evening dot releases is not a option (yet)

Avaya documentation says that the 9620L phones is supported with 3.1 but it does not state any versions.
It is ben observed, " The 9620L phones could not get past 'Discover xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' with xxx...being the call server IP address. Multiple phone firmwares tried. Static addresses did not help and changing the POE/external; power failed also."

When doing a list trace RAS IP found that only an RRQ is being seen in software.

Resolution :-

Verious tests has been done and indicate that 3.1.4 and aboe will allow the operation of the 9620L to work as designed.

Recommendation - CM upgrade to 3.1.5 ( dot upgrade).

Hi,
I have the same problem. Avaya documentation says ACM 3.1 or above.
I have ACM 3.1.2. I CAN NOT UPGRADE TO AMC 3.1.4+ as it is a very critical system.

I need urgent resolution.
