Working with a vendor on providing outbound calls from an IVR. In short, the IVR will place an outbound call through an Asterisk box which itself is connected to an SES server. From the SES the call will go to my CM (R4) and utilize my regular trunks.
That part works fine, but we have 2 issues
1) I'm not able to send the CPNumber to my CM trunks
2) I would need to have 2 different SIP trunk groups between CM and SES (both trunks would be for different applications and I'm not able to do that either.
Any help would be appreciated.
