Hi Avaya Friends -
My previous post detailed my search journey on the support site.
From that post I learned that searching by product, rather than the general search is a better idea. So I tried that today.
Specifically these were the steps I was offered:
The product I'm looking for is called Avaya Contact Analyzer. We purchased and installed it this past fall... and the product (marketing) page is here: http://www.avaya.com/usa/product/contact-analyzer
I tried to find Contact Analyzer in the product finder on the support site, but nothing came up:

So then I went back to the general search, in case I might have gotten a hit there:

Nothing... none of the first page results were related to Contact Analyzer.
What am I doing wrong? Is this not an Avaya product any more? Or is it not supported in the traditional ways?

- Click Downloads & Documents in the top menu.
- In Product field, enter the product's partial or full name -- system will automatically display a list of products that you can select that match your entry. Choose Release "5.2.x".
- Search results will start automatically returning based on this selection. To refine results, select the filter called "Administration & System Programming." The most recent version of the Admin guide will appear near the top of the list.
