add-hoc conference on anloge phone

i have a ipoffice with Rls 8.1 and my question ist, how can i create a add-hoc conference from a analoge phone like polyspan spiders. It's possible to get a short code or anything else.

First, make sure you have a short code:
*47
Conference add
Number: leave blank

To conference with an analog device:
Make first call
Press Flash and when you get alternate dial tone:
dial your second number
when connected press flashhook
Press *47
This will add all parties on hold together...

You can repeat that process up to 63 times(if you have digital trunks)
