There is a possibility of defining a range of extensions where to park calls in the "change console-parameters" system-wide settings. But how do we assign the "call-park" button to an attendant object in ACM for use by Avaya One-X Attendant?
In "change attendant" page 3, "call-park" is not listed as a possible feature button, nor is "autodial". The only way I found was to assign the call park feature access code to a group abbreviated dialling list and create some "abrv-dial" buttons, but then it consumes one button for each parked call.
By the way, if you want to understand the "One-X Attendant" user manual, you are better off understanding German: the English version is poorly translated.
