Hi Guys.
I'm kind of newbie on Avaya. I am assigned to configure a call flow The calls will route to 4 level of selection where customer needs to key in the digits 1st level - 10 types of selection then 2nd level - 3 types of selection, then 3rd level - 4 types of selection, then 4th level - 4 types of selection We will need full details report according to their selection. Question : Do I really need to configure 480 huntgroups/skill/split to have all the detail reports? Or there other way? |
