Default Can only connect 9 AES Servers

Hello all,

Currently having a situation where we can only connect 9 AES servers to our CM. We add servers 10 and 11, but they sit idle. When we disable some of the earlier servers, the new servers will come online. 7 AES servers are connecting to CLAN's and the new 4 are connecting to PE (SSL connected).

We have checked system capacity, features, customer options but cannot find anywhere where this limit would be set.

Has anyone else seen this before or knows where else we can check for this limit?

CM 5.2
AES - V5 and V6

Hi Blanc

One AES Support only supports 16 AEP connection ( Connection to CLAN or PE). looking at your set up you got 4 AES connecting to PE thats 4 AEP connections. you ned to make sure that your not using 12 CLAN connections for your rest of the 7 AES, if you are exceeding that limit you would see the above issue.
