Has anyone seen the following issue with the release 8.0.xx? The 2nd call into Auto Attendant (AA)fails to answer. This is on an essential edition embedded voice mail with 2 additional voice mail ports for a total of 4 ports. Monitor shows that we are exceding the voice mail resources. Apperantly the first call into the AA is using up a voice mail (VM) port, when the caller selects an action that transfers to a user the IPO uses another VM Port, then if the called user does not answer the caller is routed back into voice mail using yet another port. This ports are evidently not released until the first caller drops the call. It appears to be a resource management issue.
