Default Avaya one-X Mobile

Everyone,

I have some questions regarding the one-X Mobile platform. I understand that it will allow calls to be routed to a user's cell phone. I am not sure I will be able to get all of the functionality given how my Avaya IP Office is set up.

I have 30 end users but I only have 10 phone numbers/phone lines provided by my cable company. The 10 numbers are in a hunt group for out going calls. There is only 1 number that is used for incoming calls, none of the users have a direct number. Given this setup my question is am I going to see all of the benefits from the mobile platform. I am assuming that calls can ring the mobile phone without an issue. What about outgoing calls from the mobile device? Will it work, what number will show on the caller ID, the hunt group number of the user's cell number?

I am just trying to figure out given how the system is setup will I see all the benefits if I purchase the one-X Mobile. (The VOIP systems I have run in the past, every user had direct dial number.)

If you have questions, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.
