Default Logging into IP Office R8

Hello

Can anyone help us log into IP Office R8. We used to find a browser where Java would run, enter the IP address of the phone system and log in from there.

Now we're getting an AccessControlException error. I've attached the error window and below is the text from the 'Details'

We're a small charity with no dedicated IT support so appreciate any help.

Thanks.
