Default Forwarding unknown extensions to a specific extension

Hi,
is there any way to forward calls to unknown sip-stations to a specific extension?
it doesn't matter if this is done via CM, SM or SBCE. Even if I prefer SBCE, it is only important to find a way.

Currently calls from PSTN (via ASBCE) to an unknown extension is denied with a 404 or (if not logged in) with a 480 (temp unavailable).

would be good to route those calls to another extension based on the first target.

any ideas?
regards,
andre
