Exclamation Some Licenses not being backed up on Rel. 8.1.79

I just upgraded 2 IP Office 500 v1 systems from 8.1.x to 8.1.79. After an upgrade, I typically do a fresh backup of the configuration by opening the Config, then doing "Save as" to a directory on my Manager PC.

On the two systems that I upgraded I have noticed that when I save the Config to the manager PC I begin getting a "Missing License" notification in the error pane.

After comparing my working Config to the backed up Config, there are 2 of 12 licenses missing, including the Essential Edition License. Since both of these systems are Preferred editions, I am concerned that if I have to restore the configuration I will have missing licenses and lose telephony after a while.

Has anyone else observed this? I have not had time to see if I can replicate this result on 8.1.73 or below.
