Default Aura Messaging Info Boxes

I am new to our phone team and we have recently upgraded to Aura messaging. We currently have some boxes set up to be Info Boxes and hang up after the announcement. What we don't know is how to make more boxes do this? I can set the CoS to a Info Mailbox but the option for after greeting plays does not appear? Is someone able to tell me how to get that information to appear?

Good day,

can you confirm if you are looking for prompts which is played after we leave a message on a normal users mail box to be played in info mailbox as well?
