Default Cannot see auto attendant tab in ipo

dear all,

i am a little new to the avaya voice systems. but caught up really fast as i have worked long on cisco voice.
i have come across a strange problem that i cannot see the auto attendant tab in a customers IPO configuration. i have to make some IVR flow for them distributing them in hunt groups with recorded messages. but strangely i cannot see the AA tab inside it
is it the problem of the older software version that the customers AVAYA IPO is on...i mean do i need to upgrade it first or some registry settings i have to do on my laptop to see that AA tab..??
i have attached the screenshot of the menu options that we see in the IPO. The system is IPO 500V2 and one VCM32 PRI card for E1 termination.

i would be grateful for helping comments.
