    You have been logged out because the phone system became unavailable

    "You have been logged out because the phone system became unavailable"

    I got this message any time I try to login user to One-X Portal.

    That started to appear after I upgraded to R11.

    Any idea why?

    I found the reason

    You need to connect the phone for this user extension and reboot One-X Portal

    After that it starts to work correctly and refuses the login if the phone is not connected with clear message "You phone is not connected..."

    The strange message "You have been logged out because the phone system became unavailable" only appears if the phone has never been connected to the system, and, probably, the record of this phone is still not there in One-X portal database.

      Same Issue after R11

      I tried gsanadze's suggestion and it worked. Luckily we only have a few users.

        Did you connect the phone on the One X User login page? and by reboot did you restart the One X service?
