Default J139 Phone

Hello folks,

I do know that there are 4 softkeys of J139 per page. How many pages are there to have the softkeys.

What is the max call appearance I can create in J139 against the softkeys.

Thanks

You can program up 12 soft keys. So 3 pages of 4.

However, the screen can be used in single column or dual column modes.

In dual-column mode, each button has a different function and your 12 are split across 3 pages of 4.

In single-column mode, the buttons on each row have the same function. You can still have 12 but they are now in 6 pages of 2.

In theory you can have call appearances on all 12 buttons. But in practice call appearances on anything other than the first page just leads to confused users.

Has anyone been able to program feature keys like Call Forward or Auto Dials?
