Unhappy Still Searching

Hi Avaya Friends -

My previous post detailed my search journey on the support site.

From that post I learned that searching by product, rather than the general search is a better idea. So I tried that today.

Specifically these were the steps I was offered:
  1. Click Downloads & Documents in the top menu.
  2. In Product field, enter the product's partial or full name -- system will automatically display a list of products that you can select that match your entry. Choose Release "5.2.x".
  3. Search results will start automatically returning based on this selection. To refine results, select the filter called "Administration & System Programming." The most recent version of the Admin guide will appear near the top of the list.

The product I'm looking for is called Avaya Contact Analyzer. We purchased and installed it this past fall... and the product (marketing) page is here: http://www.avaya.com/usa/product/contact-analyzer

I tried to find Contact Analyzer in the product finder on the support site, but nothing came up:

So then I went back to the general search, in case I might have gotten a hit there:

Nothing... none of the first page results were related to Contact Analyzer.

What am I doing wrong? Is this not an Avaya product any more? Or is it not supported in the traditional ways?

You did everything right. I am looking into where this product and associated documentation would be found.

As of version 1.3.2, the Admin Guide and User Guide are accessible from the Contact Analyzer web consoles. In the user console it is under Help -> Documentation and in the admin console, it is a link at the bottom of the main page.

I am also working with the product team to get a product page and supporting documentation added to the Support site.
