IP Office 9.1 VM Pro Auto attendant

    Hello everyone!

Been installing IPO's for two years. This is the first time I have this issue.

    IPO Preferred Edition for VMPro
    IPO 500v2
    UCM
    All release 9.1.900.182
    SIP trunks
    Digital Phones 9508
    Analog Phones
    VCM Combo Cards

    LAN1 for management
    LAN2 for SIP trunking

Programmed the auto attendant on VMpro client. Recorded the main greeting and menu recordings from vmpro client tool using a phone. I can hear the recordings form my PC and in the phone when accessing them from the vmpro client tool but when I dial the shortcode for the auto attendant all I get is silence. I can dial the menu options that I did and they all work so I know I'm reaching the AA. It's just that for some reason I cannot hear the recordings when dialing them from an extension. Any idea what may be the problem? Has anyone had this issue before? Thanks for the help!

When working in VMPro are you working in the box in the upper left, or lower left [Modules]? No matter which section, is your starting point followed by a menu?
I have my short codes reference an extension which becomes activated by the short code.

Hello! Thanks for the reply! I'm working on the modules section and have the start point followed by a simple menu. Have done it before many times. Don't know whats going on. Had a little luck and the client postponed the cutover date for other reasons. Have to go back next week. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thinking of reinstalling the UCM image again...
