Default IP agent disconnects

Hi, i have 2 computers from a lot of a 100 which their IP AGENT disconnects every time they come back from their break.

This happens when the computer locks it self for a long period (lets say 10-15 minutes).


Any ideas?

Hi,

if this happens only to this 2 users, then may be their desktop going to sleep mode ? did you check windows events and logs to see if this is something related to timer settings in windows
