Default 9621 sets adding a 9 to internal extensions

When hitting the call button for a number in the history of a phone a 9 is automatically being added to the front of the number. This is fine for outgoing calls but is not necessary for on campus calls. We did not have this issue with 4600 series phones nor with 9620 sets. Where is the option to exclude this appended 9 located or how do I turn it off?

I assume you are running CM5.x or later. If so, you should be using the calltype analysis tables in CM and not the 46xxsettings.txt file. This will provide the proper digit treatment when dialing from your call logs.
