Default AACC 6.2 new install problem

Just installing a new system and have come across a problem with the webservices check. Have been installing it using the mission critical guide literally following it step by step. It work on our lab system but not on this production system and i followed the same guide.


Out of all of the tests on there, there is a single red line which is for the entry called SOAPICERtdService.

Everything else shows as green.

Any ideas as not finding anything on it so far.

The server is fully service pack and patched with latest patches from avaya.

The OS is 2k8 sp1 with no additional updates.

Check that the IceRtd service is running if not start it however if it is restart the service and re-run the asp page

You could just reboot the server also

Check that the CCMA is patched up to date as well

sorted it, that particular service needs everything up and running and hadn't got that far with the licensing whereas all the others on the test page were fine.

Once licensed and up and running it went green.
