Question E1-R2 Brasil Claro

Hola, estoy teniendo problemas con un enlace E1 en Brasil. En una solución centralizada donde el SE se encuentra en México existe un IPO500v2 en Brasil con un enlace E1-R2. El problema es que en las llamadas recibidas a traves de celulares no se detectan los DTMF.

Lo que busco es un ejemplo de configuración de enlace E1-R2 de un equipo IPO500v2 en Brasil. Gracias por su ayuda.

Hello, I am having problems with an E1 link in Brazil. In a centralized solution where the SE is located in Mexico, there is an IPO500v2 in Brazil with an E1-R2 link. The problem is that DTMFs are not detected in calls received through cell phones.

What I am looking for is an example of E1-R2 link configuration of an IPO500v2 equipment in Brazil. Thanks for your help.
