Greetings.
We are trying to dial out internationally, but cannot due to a diversion header. Apparently these aren't allowed internationally (our service provider told me this) and I need to do a direct-inward-call to get out. The thing is, I have no idea how to perform a DID or bypass the diversion header. Can anybody help? I'm using CM7, have access to Site Administration, System Administration, etc. |

Hi,
Not exactly sure if this will help you...but on SIP (Session / System Manager) there is sequenced applications that is used for the Diversion Headers...Check that out |

See p4 of the SIP trunk group in CM. Look for the "Send Diversion Header" header field.
