Default Removing Caller ID Info

I have a request for a voice mail box to NOT show the caller ID info when someone leaves a message. How can I strip that info off either in a specific voice mail box or do it with the class of service? The main thing I need to do is to get rid of the caller ID in the subject line when the voice mail is sent to Outlook e-mail.
The voice mail system is an AVAYA Aura Messeging 6.2 and the switch is AVAYA Communications Manager 5.2.

Is this for just one user ? And if so why would they not want or need that info?

You can change it but it will affect the whole system not just one user.
